I think that the governor’s plans to lower the income tax in Ohio is fantastic and will prove to be a great benefit for Ohioans everywhere!!

  2. Charles Davis says:

I agree with Governor Kasich that Ohio taxes are too high, particularly the state income tax. I think the Governor is doing a terrific job and I support him 100%.

  3. Governor Kasich is doing a fantastic job. I have admired him for years when he was in Congress and when he was on programs on Fox News. If only Obama had the same ideas about the economy. I just can’t understand why the Democrats can’t see the value of cutting taxes and spending and how it grows the economy.

    • Susan, You are right about the job Gov. Kasich is doing in Ohio. You are also correct that his ideas and policies would work well at the national level. The dems however, you are wrong about. They don’t want value for the “producers” in our country. They also don’t want us to continue to enjoy the freedoms afforded to us in the Constitution of the United States. They want control of EVERYTHING & they are hell bent on accomplishing it. In my opinion, no rational or intelligent person in this country could vote for any democrat running for office. The platform that they now stand on is immoral & they flaunt it. This coming from a middle aged man who grew up in a home that always voted dem. I am glad to report that this is no longer the case for me or my parents. I can confidently say we will NEVER vote D again.

  4. Anna Gaydosh says:

    Dear Governor Kasich,

I support a lower tax rate for the small business people. Also keep the individuals tax rate low also.

    Thank you,
    Anna

  5. John,

You are on the right track. Please keep up the good work. Would like to see more jobs come back to SW Ohio area.. We’re still having a hard time. Until people can find jobs, our real estate market will not come back. I’m still seeing lots of foreclosures and declining home values.

  6. Carol Bensing says:

Well done on the job so far. It just goes to show it’s not impossible to balance a state budget and find other ways to help create jobs. I guess the old saying is true, where there’s a will there’s a way. Fortunately we have a Republican Governor who has the will and found a way. Maybe he could export this to the Federal government.

    Good job Governor!

  7. John Weilbacher says:

Great job Governor Kasich. I believe your approach and policies are spot on. I’ve never really taken an interest in state policy until you came along. Your ideas are simple and straight forward, and even more importantly, they work. Thank you for all your hard work. And thank you for caring.

  8. Gov. Kasich, YOU are doing a great job!!! I’m happy with you as governor, I wish i could say the same for D.C.!!!

  9. Lorraine smith says:

I agree taxes are too high and I welcome the governor to do all he can to lower them.I live in Cuyahoga county and sadly enjoy a very high tax rate in my county 7.75% what can be done about that Mr. Kasich? Is the job growth all in Columbus because aim not sure I have seen Cleveland growing there are still plenty of out of wok people here! My daughter would love to stay in this area but is having a tough time finding employment as an attorney pretty much all over Ohio she is a new grad and still struggles finding employment….so how about remembering Cleveland!

  10. Bobby Jindel, the governor of Louisiana, is proposing to remove the state income tax to help job growth in Louisiana. He has done great things for his state and taken it from the bottom to one of the top states for business.

John Kasich is trying to help Ohio also. Keeping the rate low or removing it altogether will promote growth and attract businesses to relocate to Ohio. Let Ohio and states like it, show the nation how to prosper! Washington could use a tour guide, since they seem to have lost their way!
